  I had 8 am appointment. I arrived a few minutes early. Receptionist was friendly. Technician explained the process and service was complete within 90 minutes including recalibration of camera. Cost is competitive with other auto glass replacement companies. Thank you.

  Scheduling was super easy online. The technician Paul called us prior to our appointment and was very communicative and genuinely kind throughout the process of windshield repair and went above and beyond saving stickers on the windshield for us. It sis not take a long time only a couple of hours and Paul asked and answered questions throughout the process. His level of customer service is the reason I will use Safelight in the future if the need arises.

  Took a lot longer than I had anticipated to get the windshield fixed. Felt a lack of communication during the process was a big draw back for me. Was told by a Technician that a second appointment was needed due to lack of my kind of windshield being in stock when it was changed from a repair to a replacement. Took an additional 2 weeks to get a person back out and I never received a communication from safelite I had to set on phone and be transferred though AI assistant to finally a live person to get it all straightened out. Took just over 3 weeks. Second technician who did the replacement was wonderful. the windshield is as good as new and functional with my driving systems.

  I had a 1/2 inch crack in my windshield and a day after the technician has completed the job. The crack is still there and I have an additional crack that has spread it like a deadly long leg. Spider. Not too happy.

  I had my windshield replaced by Safelite, and the experience was terrible. The technician spent over two hours on the vehicle, complained the whole time, and was on his phone throughout the job. During the installation, he bent all the trim pieces around the windshield. Now the gaskets no longer seal properly, and the worst part is you can actually stick your finger behind the glass. That should never happen after a windshield replacement. To make things worse, I can’t even get them to come look at it for 10 days. Check very carefully how your tech handles your vehicle, because my experience was extremely disappointing.
