  Out-of-towner here and I was driving through Indianapolis on an early Monday morning when I stopped at a gas station. I got out of my car and instantly I smelled engine coolant. I popped the hood and saw that my water pump had a really bad leak. The Mr. Radiator shop was a couple miles away so I called once they opened and Dave answered the phone. He kindly worked with me to get me in without a scheduled appointment. His shop replaced the bad water pump and a few other malfunctioning cooling system parts and they had me back on the road in under four hours. They saved me big time that morning and everything is still working just fine. I would highly recommend Mr. Radiator to anyone.

  Mr. Radiator is a rare example of true old fashioned service and integrity. Understanding that no one is excited to shell out significant cash on vehicle repair, these guys handle it with style and grace. I have been taking my cars to Mr. Radiator for 15 years. Sometimes we had a great news "quick fix", sometimes the parts and labor were much more significant. In any of these cases everyone here was sensitive to my needs as a customer first, and respectful of my time and money as if it were their own. If you want your repairs done the right way, quickly, and cost effectively, look no further for your lifelong mechanic.

  They are the worst place to take a vehicle... They charged me over 200 dollars to do absolutely nothing to my vehicle
