The staff working that day paid great attention to a light that had come on in my car and they assisted me the best they could. Actually , appreciate everyone taking the time to explain to me the issues that I was having.

- MBMario BeltranApr 6, 20261.0I arrived to get an oil change and I did so but when I pulled out and started driving I would hear a noise every time I would turn the wheel so I panicked and went back into the jiffy lube and I asked them why my car was making that noise and they said my power steering reservoir was cracked, IT WAS NOT CRACKED WHEN I PULLED IN IT WAS IN GOOD CONDITION. I asked what they are going to do about it because my car was driving normally before I pulled in and they said they can’t do anything because it was of natural causes, I would really appreciate it if I could get compensated or at least get someone to fix it because I spent 130 on a oil change just so I can’t even turn my steering wheel
