- HCHer Nashelle CompanyApr 25, 20261.0“I had service done at Jiffy Lube #2366 on my 2021 Chevy Traverse and paid $231.52 for a transmission fluid service and oil change. Shortly after this visit, my vehicle began experiencing transmission issues that were not present before, including jerking, hard shifting, and abnormal behavior when reversing. Over the following weeks, I was asked to return multiple times for additional drain and refill services. Despite these repeated visits, the issue was never resolved. I was told by an employee (Trevon B.) that the correct transmission fluid had been ordered from a Chevrolet dealership, but on multiple visits I was told it had not yet arrived, which caused delays and ongoing issues with my vehicle. Concerned, I took my vehicle to another Jiffy Lube location with more experienced technicians. After inspecting and test-driving my vehicle, I was informed that the transmission fluid appeared to be overfilled and not the correct type for my vehicle, which could explain the problems I started experiencing after the service. I brought this information back to the original location and also spoke with management, but I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously or that any responsibility was accepted. I also attempted to resolve this through the dispute process, but the outcome only reflected that the charge was processed—not the condition of my vehicle after the service. This has been a stressful and costly experience, and my vehicle is still not operating the way it did prior to this visit. I strongly recommend that customers confirm the correct fluids are being used and double-check all work before leaving. Based on my experience, I would not return. I am still seeking a resolution for the issues that began after this service.” Based on my experience, I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone.”

NOBODY WANTS TO COME THERE AND THE MANAGER TRIES TO FLIRT AND MAKES YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE.. AND I DONT APPRECIATE LEANING ON MY VEHICLE TO TALK TO ME RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
