  The gentleman were so nice and handsome and very professional, they do an excellent job every time and if somethingis wrong they will help you figureit out, I've been coming to the Georgetown location for over a year now and I don't see me changing! Thank you all!

  The guys at Jiffy Lube Georgetown Rd are awesome. I stopped in to get the air pressure in my tires. They checked everything and Josh told me how to save money on the tire monitor devices.

  Worst service center and customer service ever. Don’t go here. They put the wrong battery in my car and now won’t reimburse the $500 they charged me. My transmission almost blew due to having the wrong battery installed and I had to have it towed to the dealership. They are rude and unprofessional.

  Not sure if it was an off day but it took forever for someone to come out to greet me then someone did very quickly. no like actual convo then i sat and waited and had no clue what was happening. while getting my oil changed no one spoke to me about how anything looked. no communication about my oil (i was past due by a lot). when i needed to run the pressure up like hit the gas, no one told me to stop like they all just walked away and ignored me and i was like hey do i need to like stop and i was looked at like im dumb. i felt stupid sitting there and i was ignored like the whole time and when i left the dude just guided me out and walked off. like they were just rude to me, ive never had that experience before. i’m a woman and i am used to the standard amount of sexism when getting work done on my car but this was different and just disrespectful.

  I went to this location and informed them I was aware of the bad rep but wanted to give them an opportunity and chance I made it very clear that they needed to be sure not to forget to put oil in my car they literally put nearly nothing in my car I had a check engine oil light come on not to mention I didn't need an oil change nor was I without oil I drove 80miles roughly and by the time I got to my destination I had to buy oil to put in vehicle to make it back not to mention had a mechanic look at it and he stated they did not put oil in bc I put in the quart that was in the engine sad very inconsiderate I will be returning for my money back stat
