  Due to our own cargo van being broke down due to recall we were in desperate need of a cargo van. We have rented from Enterprise before and had an excellent experience so I called Enterprise on West Washington Street to rent a van, they were very upfront and honest with me about having several Vans also down due to the recall. However, there was a vehicle coming in the following Monday and I was put on the list to rent that van as long as the current renters returned it. On Monday when calling Enterprise the gentleman that answered the phone informed me that I was on the list and as we were speaking the van was being returned. He politely put me on hold to go check to make sure that this van could be rented out at this time and he came back to the phone with the confirmation that I could rent the van that day. He informed me that they would do everything they needed to do to get it ready and I could pick it up as soon as possible. We went to the West Washington Enterprise truck rental within the next hour and the van was completely ready, cleaned and and the process of renting was so easy and no stress. Everything was explained to us in detail and all questions that we had were answered. Very great customer service as we have always had at this location! We initially rented the van for 2 weeks and during that time we realized we would need it a little longer, I was able to call in with no problems to extend our rental agreement for another two weeks. Again, it was very easy. All questions were answered. I hung up the phone feeling very informed and relaxed about our rental. During our rental we were contacted by Seth to question the mileage and the need for an oil change, The communication was understandable and they were willing to work with our situation, he was willing to find a place for us to get the oil changed accommodating our location, however it was easier for us to go get the oil changed and to send the receipt and the invoice to Seth and he made that possible for us without any hesitation and worked very well to accommodate our situation. We had the oil changed and we sent Seth the information that he needed and he thanked us in the process again. Was very easy and accommodating for our needs. When returning the van Seth happened to be the gentleman that was there to receive the van, again, the customer service was amazing. Amazing! The return was very easy and everything was explained in full details. Not only did Seth make us a priority when returning the van. He also informed us of other opportunities the Enterprise has for any future rentals and different ways to save with mileage and programs that they have for those reasons. Again, this is the second time that we have rented from Enterprise on West Washington Street in Indianapolis, Indiana and both times we were greeted with amazing customer service, very informative information, our time was a priority for them, and the rates are the best that we could find!! Highly recommend Enterprise for the rentals and especially the West Washington Street location in Indianapolis, Indiana. Seth and all of the other employees at that location that we have dealt with has made their customer service a priority and we appreciate that!! Great experience all around!! We will definitely be using them again for any future rentals that are needed and will recommend their services to anyone in the future looking for rentals!! Thank you for an amazing experience once again!
