  When an electrical problem emerged one evening with the rental of a pickup truck, I called Enterprise customer service or roadside assistance. They informed me I had the option available to drive to the Indianapolis International Airport to exchange it for another truck. I did so promptly. The Enterprise return agent there was an excellent help. She took the initiative to get me an even better truck than I had before, and I found myself driving back with a 2025 Chevy Silverado 1500 that had a state of the art GPS, Wi-Fi capability and excellent electrical system that supplied a well-regulated +12VDC capable more than capable of handling rapid current draw surges and relaxations consistent with the demands of my computer and electronic communications devices I was using the rental truck to test out. I'm a licensed amateur radio operator and retired comm tech who is now getting into SKYWARN and APRS oriented communications to volunteer to provide severe weather emergency communications, as these bad storms are on the rise. Also, she saw to it that Enterprise gave me a full tank of gas for it for free so as to make up for the "inconvenience." But when taking into consideration the upgrade to markedly better vehicle and the free tank of fuel (a $90 value) for free/no additional charges for the entire rental, I would hardly call it the slightest bit of an inconvenience!! Outstanding customer service on this one that made me one happy camper indeed in more ways than one while sleeping in the back of it at a campground one night while I was out there doing my testing of my communications gear!! Hats off to Enterprise Rent a Car on this one for sure!!! Highly recommendable!!

  Beware of high pressure sales tactics concerning insurance coverage. We needed a loaner car while our vehicle was being repaired at the dealership. Have had to use loaner cars briefly in the past and insurance, or any cost to us, has never been an issue. Probably won’t use Enterprise again, and definitely won’t use this location. Don’t trust them! Update: Nice reply, Stacy, but I tried the link you provided. “Chatted” with someone (real person or a bot?), who indicated they would escalate my concern to someone in management. So far, no contact from anyone.

  Terrible place. I called them and scheduled the time for pick up and when I arrived there’s no car available and they told me that they don’t have the schedule with me. Such a waste of time and money.

  I really hate leaving bad reviews but so many companies employ workers who do everything in their power to tarnish the company name. I called & spoke with a representative named Dylan to confirm my appointment to pick up my vehicle, he confirmed that he saw my appt but that there weren’t currently any vehicles in at the time. It was 4:30pm. I told him that was fine because my pickup is at 6pm & asked if that would be enough time to turn around a vehicle for me. He assured me that was plenty of time for them to get me taken care of & advised that I call back before coming in just to be sure. So at 6pm exactly I call to confirm, & my call gets routed elsewhere because THEY ARE CLOSED! I find it hard to believe he had no idea they close at that time as that is his place of employment but it feels like I was passed off because he didn’t feel like doing his job which in turn severely inconvenienced me. If it was a mistake that was made on his part, anytime before they closed he could have taken the initiative to call me & notify me that they close at that time & that I would need to hurry in - it’s literally the thought that counts but I would have been grateful for any level of effort. As I’m speaking with the next representative, I’m being told that due to the car not being picked up before business close - my reservation is to be canceled & if I choose to rebook, that specific vehicle is no longer available but a more expensive option is. Why am I not surprised?
