  Using the app made for very quick In-N-Out on pick up and return. I think the staff there has a lot on their hands but they were gonna take good care of me. This location is smaller than others but make up for it tenfold with customer service.

  Ariel, the branch manager, is about as worthless as her minion, Alex. I was refused an upgrade or a trade in for the Versa I was renting. The dash airbag light was illuminated. I couldn't have my money back, I couldn't upgrade, I was spending money to have an unsafe vehicle. They ran me all over town to another branch to try to trade it. Nope! Then I was sent to Firestone nearby to have the light reset. The front end collision sensor periodically went off. I had a death trap at my fingertips! I will not return and they have zero sense of customer service as I cannot get a representative to contact me. I hope the next person that gets that car is safe. We were not!

  They Rented me a Jeep Wagoneer Absolutely loved the Wagoneer. Manager was really professional and It helped me out I would definitely do Business with Enterprise again 100
