  Worst place to rent from my experience with their car was horrible I got the car Wednesday evening for a trip and later that night the car started having problems I called Thursday morning to try to swap the car out and from Thursday to Sunday evening was hell I didn’t get a car until Sunday evening and when I before I returned the car they told me they would adjust the pricing for the vehicle but now since car got towed and I got the car out with my own money they won’t give me none of my money back so I’m out of damn near 900 dollars for a car I barely got to drive because they sold me raggedy bogus car.!

  Eastgate is the best Enterprise location in Indy that I will Ever use! Alex and Jay are absolutely amazing managers there! Kudos to you all! See you again soon!

  *****DO NOT RENT ANY VEHICLE HERE!!!**** My fiance and I got a car from here and literally has been the worst experience possible. The store manager from this branch tried getting us to come all the way there so he could trick us and take the car from us and we still had 13 days left on our agreement. We told him numerous times we had a 3 year with us and lived over an hour away and he assured us he would swap vehicles for us. We was running late and called and the store manager told us to drop the key in lock box and couple minutes later the new key would pop out the lock box. He straight lied to us repeatedly I even called another enterprise who confirmed they had no such thing and that he was most definitely lying to us. I have called corporate and they said a district manager would reach out. The next morning we got a call from Jay who said he was a district manager. He literally did not care whatsoever that his store manager lied straight to us and was trying to get us stranded over a hour away with a 3 year old!!!! He then told us to take the car to another location that it needed to retagged and we would be on our way. Not the case!!! We got to the other location and the lady took our keys and said she couldn't give them back! Mind you we still had 13 days left. We have tried all day to reach Jay and all day different excuses. Finally got a hold of him only cause he happened to answer the phone and was told that the contract was done and we would be getting a refund and I asked for a confirmation email about the refund. He assured me numerous times we would get a email in a few minutes. NEVER GOT A EMAIL! CALLED ANOTHER ENTERPRISE AND THEY HAVEN'T EVEN INTIANTED THE REFUND!! THESE GUYS ARE LIARS ALL OF THEM AT THIS LOCATION!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I PROMISE YOU THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND THEN LIE ABOUT IT!!!! Also the vehicle they gave us had a cracked windshield and a bunch of scratches all over it.
