  If I could give a negative score I would. I tried to rent a car from the Indianapolis West Washington street branch to drive to get to my injured father from another state. The rude young woman Kyleigh behind the desk offered no sympathy whatsoever even though I had been misinformed about their payment policy regardless I moved on with the rental agreeing to have my husband bring a different method of payment, he leaves work to come rent the car for me and while I'm waiting the branch manager Tony Schott asks me if im going to give them a bad review. I said no this is a little annoying I have to have my husband leave work in the middle of the day but it is what it is. He said to me I don't believe you and in that case I don't feel comfortable renting you this car. I said I just need to get to my dad ASAP I don't care about your review and he just said no I wont rent this to you. I have never been so dumbfounded in my life. Currently waiting for a call back from their area manager. Bottom line I will never be renting a car from Enterprise ever again. And I truly hope that no one else ever has to encounter Tony Schott in life because it takes a miserable soul to take someone already in crisis and refuse them service because of a review that he wasn't smart enough to realize I can still give him without renting the car.

  Another branch sent us to this one because they had a car available. They told my wife she needed a credit card with her name on it, and she only had a debit card. No big deal. I leave work to head over since my name was on it. By the time I got there, the guy had walked to the waiting area and told her that he was refusing to rent her a car because he was worried that she would leave a bad review. A review was not even on her radar considering we only needed to rent a car to go help a family member in need in another state. All is well that ends well since the family member we were trying to help overheard the whole conversation on the phone and runs an Enterprise business account for his fleet. I hope Enterprise realizes how much this guy costed them. He must have already been on thin ice if he was that worried about a single review.

  NOT the airport but they let Sams Club Travel say it is the airport. False advertising and misleading customers. Booked a reservation on Sams Club travel saying only the Indianapolis airport. Turns out this is NOT the airport.

  Kyleigh was incredible! It was a super busy day and the airport had completely sold out of cars. Even with everything going on, and a lobby packed full of customers she still took the time to accommodate every request and made the entire process stress free. She consistently takes great care of our team members when they travel through here, which does not go unnoticed. Can’t recommend her or her team enough!
