  They are UNPROFESSIONAL you book a time they choose when you can ACTUALLY pick up the vehicle. Just to close early

  Reserved a small SUV for a weekend trip.5 minutes before pick up time at 2pm I get a call saying they don’t have any more SUV’s but could accommodate me if I was willing to change type of vehicle. I get there 5 minutes later and told by same guy from phone call. He doesn’t have anything to rent out til 430-530pm literally as he’s putting someone into an SUV. With 3 smaller cars in parking lot. Then tells me he’ll call me at 430-5 when he has something ready. Never got a phone call for another rental. Pointless to reserve through this location. If you need a car in the area u better off going to the enterprise location up the road at 10650 n Michigan rd. Clearly more car options and customer service looking to accommodate your rental needs. Was taken care of and out the building with a rental car within 20 minutes.

  Woulda been awesome if they had the car I reserved. Were helpful with cancelling reservation though. So good service, horrible system.

  The staff at this Enterprise location is amazing. They have teamed up with Langford's collision and took their service to a new level. And, Henry closed out the experience by calling and making sure I was pleased with everything. You just don't get that kind of service much these days.
