    I was in town for a basketball tournament. Soon as I got here my brakes started grinding. I went to two different places before here and they seen the out of town plates and tried jacking up price and saying I needed this and that when all I needed was rear brakes, pads and rotors and to get home. These guys were great, they were friendly and honest. Took me back into the shop and showed me what happened and explained how one of the rear calipers had gotten stuck and ground down the brake pad. I highly recommend these guys. P.s. if the owner is reading this give your guys a raise!

    I took my car in to have the mechanism replaced that allows your window to roll up/down. I also needed an oil change. After paying almost $600, they gave me my car with the window STILL not fixed and now the door locks are wired wrong. I question if the oil change was even completed. Now I have to spend another day taking my car back up there to fix what they broke! When I told them about there error, Shane's only response was, "It wasn't me and I don't know who did it because they didn't complete the service paperwork." Unacceptable. This autoshop is unprofessional, inefficient and some of the worst service I have ever recieved from a mechanic. This is not the 1st time they screwed up my vehicle, but it certainly will be my last! I wish there was a zero star option. There are several shops in the area. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Trust me when I tell you- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
