  I appreciate that you can make appts to get an oil chg. I made an appt got in and out within an hour. Thank you Xpress , making an appt worked out great for me.

  So far, I've only gotten an oil change here. During that trip, Paul did an excellent job communicating and making me feel welcome at the store! My car is currently being worked on for a wheel bearing and a tire rod. I appreciated how much Dennis helped me to understanding the issue with my vehicle. He explained the structure of it and how the pieces work together. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I was so relieved by how willing he was to explain everything to me! I definitely recommend coming here for quality interactions with the staff and for the best deal for your money!

  I came in because I had torn my underneath front panel. Paul did the assessment and he was wonderful. He ordered the parts for me, he told me that the parts would be in the following week. So when I called he told me they were in got me in and out within 45 minutes. Wonderful place to do business with Paul was a great 😃 he had explained everything to me I just can't praise him enough thank you thank you Paul. He had some regular clients that came in and we all sat and talked for about 25 minutes the place treats you like your family. I'll be back for anything else I need done with my 2020 Camry. Paul is the greatest 👍

  I’m giving 2 stars only because the assistant manager was really nice and seemed like he genuinely cared about my concerns, unlike Paul the manager who always seemed irritated and too busy to talk with me. All in all, this was a terrible experience.. I brought my car because the headlights went out. Thought this would be an easy-ish fix. I was quoted $968 for headlight bulbs and new relays. Had to wait 3 days for them to come in. Once installed, it did not fix the problem. Fine. They then ordered a light switch to potentially fix the problem. Told me it would be a few days and get it in on Saturday and they would call me. Fast forward to Saturday, no call, no nothing. Tried to call multiple times and no answer. Then closed Sunday. Basically they didnt get the part in and are always to busy to call you and update you. Gave it a few more days, missing work, still no part, and eventually had to just pick my car up not fixed because I had to have transportation. I pick my car up, check engine light is on, car is making growling noises and hesitating to get up and go. It then doesnt get up past 60mph and eventually dies on me. I dont know what happened but I ended up having no choice but to get a new vehicle due to all the issues i had AFTER letting this shop work on my car and would be more to fix than just getting a new car. Never had an issue with it beforehand or even seen the engine light on in the 6 years I had the car and ran perfect. I still havent even heard from this place in almost a week since i picked up the car and all this happened. I lost out on time, money, and a vehicle due to whatever they did. Luckily I did not pay anything, and thats the only silver lining.. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
