I was in for a broken tie rod and the car had to be in the air anyway. Scheduling can be challenging. When attempting to schedule in the past, I have found that the store e-mail isn't read first thing in the morning and they're not aware of the request.

- AMAngeline McRobertsDec 11, 20251.0The Wednesday before Thanksgiving, my husband's 2003 Honda Element broke down. We had it towed to Xpress Pro knowing that in the past, we've had good service here. We did not get that this time around. When the tow truck arrived on the Friday 11/28, he claimed that he thought that issue might be with the clutch. Since the tower was not an employee at XpressPro, we still wanted to get a second opinion on what was wrong with the car. The manager claimed the car was looked at, and that the person who looked at the car said it was an issue with the clutch. He recommended we go to AAMCO across the way since they deal with transmissions. Since we were headed out of the country from 12/1-12/7, we asked if we could leave the car there for a week since no one was at AAMCO for the holiday. Upon the examination of our vehicle, somebody had left a light on and drained our car battery. We were able to get our car towed to AAMCO on 12/8. AAMCO examined our car and it turned out that it was an issue with our front axle and not even transmission-related. Turns out XpressPro could have fixed our car, but instead, we had to go through the horrible process of a second-towing of our car and a drained battery. I understand that there was a changing of store managers during this event but this could have been prevented if people did their job and actually examined our car properly.

He did all the research so I knew the exact price I would pay before I even took my car in. They ran into a few problems along the way and he called me and updated me at every step. The technician at this location ultimately wasn't able to do the fix so they called in a tech from another location to get it done. Even with all the issues my old car gave them, they still had my car done the next day. Great experience!
