    On February 13th 2026 I took my vehicle to this place for a diagnosis. There online pricing matrix for parts and labor is not close to their actual cost . False advertising is my experience with this business. They use to be Car X and I wish I would have known that. Bad experience.

    The new manager Tyler did a great job. He was very welcoming and very nice to talk to. The gentleman that worked on my vehicle for my oil change did a great job. Didn't leave oily finger points.

    Usually excellent all the way around. Busy with holidays and didn't get to installing my splash shield. Even left a note about it along with the bolts. I was in for a broken tie rod and the car had to be in the air anyway. Scheduling can be challenging. When attempting to schedule in the past, I have found that the store e-mail isn't read first thing in the morning and they're not aware of the request.

    The Wednesday before Thanksgiving, my husband's 2003 Honda Element broke down. We had it towed to Xpress Pro knowing that in the past, we've had good service here. We did not get that this time around. When the tow truck arrived on the Friday 11/28, he claimed that he thought that issue might be with the clutch. Since the tower was not an employee at XpressPro, we still wanted to get a second opinion on what was wrong with the car. The manager claimed the car was looked at, and that the person who looked at the car said it was an issue with the clutch. He recommended we go to AAMCO across the way since they deal with transmissions. Since we were headed out of the country from 12/1-12/7, we asked if we could leave the car there for a week since no one was at AAMCO for the holiday. Upon the examination of our vehicle, somebody had left a light on and drained our car battery. We were able to get our car towed to AAMCO on 12/8. AAMCO examined our car and it turned out that it was an issue with our front axle and not even transmission-related. Turns out XpressPro could have fixed our car, but instead, we had to go through the horrible process of a second-towing of our car and a drained battery. I understand that there was a changing of store managers during this event but this could have been prevented if people did their job and actually examined our car properly.
