It’s easy turn around but the guy told me I’d have to wait three hours for an oil change which I’m not anybody special or anything but the point I’m trying to make is if you turn people away with oil changes only and make them wait for someone that’s therefore a brake job is gonna take three or four hours. It doesn’t make good business sense to me. why not do the oil change you get a mile of the way and send them on their way Instead of making them sit there for three hours or come back in three or four hours for an oil change to me it’s bad business practice. I mean, you turn people away for the simple things you think they’re gonna come back for anything else. I’ve been coming there for a long time and almost every time I come there they get me in and out for an oil change but today for some reason, I don’t know why But he told me 33 hours or more to me. That’s that’s not right.
