They then asked if i had any coupons. I said yes, showed my phone to scan. He did not scan it and said, ok i will give the 20%. He said the total. I questioned why so high after the discount. He shrugged his shoulders. After I got home and saw the email I saw that my coupon was not used. If I wasnt going to have the coupon applied I would have went to Jiffy Lube thats like 200 ft from this location. Full synthetic there is only $59.99 as opposed to Valvolines $77.99. I initially started using Valvoline because of how quick oil changes were. I used to be in an out in 20 min including wait time. This time was not so bad, i waited about 10 min for a car to finish up and then 20 min change time. But when i went a few months ago with my other car, it took over an hour. They drained my oil and only then realized they were out of my specific oil. Like regular, blend, and full synthetic. They had to go to Autozone to pick up oil because I cant exactly drive with no oil so i was stuck with no choice but to wait. I have about had it with Valvoline. It was good at first when i started going a few years ago but it now seems like it has gone way down hill and just not worth it anymore

I was disappointed with a previous competitor...I made an appointment online and when I arrived was told there would be a 2 hour wait so I canceled. I found Valvoline online and early morning pulled up and waited only 10 minutes. I pulled into the bay, they entered my car info and did all of the maintenance checks, replaced oil and filter in 20 minutes and I was on my way. I felt satisfied I had made a good decision leaving confident everything was done professionally and with high quality oil.
