He said she lived 25 mins away and was on her way, and that he texted her 10 mins ago. So I stuck around assuming it would be 15 mins or so. 40 mins later and I got out of my car and had the guy call his GM, who said she’d be there shortly but they wouldn’t open until 9am. Joke of a location and organization, zero communication. It’s always some sort of extraordinary wait at this Valvoline for whatever reason. 0 stars. Hire some people who show up for their shifts.
