    Fast friendly and they showed me a filter that I didn’t know my car had. The filter that filters the air inside my car that comes in from outside. I have to say I’m glad they did because it was dirty. Thank you

    The Valvoline Instant Oil Change at 7125 E 96th St in Indianapolis provided me a speedy, efficient, and friendly service. The manager (Ms. Trinity) and staff demonstrated professionalism in their work, who conduct quick oil and transmission oil changes, and provide an 18-point maintenance check without being overly pushy on sales. They changed the air condition and motor filters with efficiency. Had the broken wiper replaced and the tires were rotated. I was impressed with Ms Trinity running this location due to her positive communication, instructions and leadership!! She definitely is very knowledgeable about cars!!! I highly recommend this location for your car's lube services.

    OK you guys are nice and friendly but this is the second time now that I've had to bring to your attention that you're leaving oil on the side of my vehicle apparently from your clothing when you lean over on the car. I don't really know if I want to risk it again sorry

    Today I went in for a basic oil change only. Thee entire staff was friendly and they did ask me for additional services but I declined. It's a bummer that all this construction is going on but it was worth traveling that extra mile to receive Excellent Costumer Service. Thank you and I will see you for my next oil change.

    Just got a mid level oil change done, everyone was very informative and friendly. Quick service and was sure to let me know everything I should keep an eye on. And they even gave me $25 off. Thanks Trinity and the team at Valvoline in fishers, I appreciate you all.
