    So slow!! I came to this one because the other Valvoline in Avon didn’t have the right oil filter for my VW Jetta. Have been here 50 minutes so far for an oil change & tire rotation. Apparently the tech couldn’t get my skid plate off?!? Standing outside because the waiting area smells like a freaking outhouse.

    I stop by November 2025, to do oil change, Battery replacement, air filter and the Attendant Zoey was Rude and didn’t make good welcome in, I told Zoey that I was uncomfortable with her attitude, after all we restarted our conversation and ended up with apologies, The customer must always be treated well they keep the business up and they continue coming back if you continue treating them well, thanks for this matter!
