It’s a great location and convenient for me, but there are several quick oil change places within a mile of this building. Knowing the employees there are excellent solidifies this as my choice over the competitors.

As my oil was being pumped out of the car, I watched the tank it was being sucked into and seen that 4 liters was removed from the car (my car holds 4.2 liters). I heard one gentleman inform another that I have a severe leak on my timing belt gasket. (I will say they did inform me of a leak there at the last oil change they did). The gentleman at the computer informed me then that I have a “severe” leak at that location. I asked at that time how did they classify that as “severe” when I have only lost .2 liters since the last time they changed my oil (which I believe I was about 2k overdue from what the sticker on the window said). I then heard the gentleman inform the gentleman at the computer that I am more than welcome to come up and see for myself as to how bad it is. At that point the new oil was being pumped in so I don’t feel as if I could really judge at that time just because I am not sure if any possibility spilled or anything like that. While all this was going on the gentleman at the computer was saying he agreed with me and didn’t understand how that was deemed excessive when everyone else in the shop was trying to explain many different things! At that point I just remained quiet and let them complete the work. I want to thank them for the previous work they have done to my vehicles with no issues however I will no longer take them any of my vehicles or refer people to this location. Yes I understand that I need to get the leak fixed, however calling it “extreme”, I feel is excessive. Also, the fact that that many people want to speak up on why it was and it did not appear to me that they all were saying the same thing makes me wonder how they all say (but 1) that it’s excessive!
