    I deal with alot of anxiety and when they directed me to drive into the garage I got so scared but the guy who directed me talked me Thu it and I made it. All the gentlemen that helped me was amazing. I love that store. I would highly recommend y'all.

    Super smooth, quick, friendly, and didn’t try to upsell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need! Any “upsell” they offered seemed reasonable and came with good explanation to why it was important and would benefit me. Super friendly team, shoutout to Tahj, Domonik, & Dantas for a great experience.

    So I just bought a car and brought it to the Valvoline on East Washington Street to get an oil check just to make sure it was done with this being a new vehicle. I spoke to Robert and Tahj and they could have played me and had me paying for an oil change I didn't need but they were very honest and transparent and let me know that I didn't need a oil change They checked my battery without me asking I'm just pretty much made sure that my car was sound based off of the fact that they knew I had just bought the car Great service five stars

    My experience wasn't bad and it wasn't great. I got the in-cabin air filter replaced and now my fan is rubbing against it when the air conditioner is on. I'll fix it myself. Outside of that, the location was clean. Staff communicated everything that they were doing and they honored my military discount.

    Yes, I pulled in for a check up on my transmission fluid and oil. I asked Peyton if he could check my transmission fluid firstHe told me just pop my hood and let him do his job. I feel like I’m the customer and if I want my transmission fluid checked FirstI think that’s what should happen.
