I just moved to Indy and needed new tires and they intrigued me with the free alignment and oil change. I left thinking they got the job done right only after the 5th day my car started jerking on the highway. I took it to get a second opinion and only to find out they didn’t align my drivers side tire all the way. After going back and forth with Demetrius (who said he’s been doing this for 26 years and knows what he’s talking about) and Nathan saying they wouldn’t be able to fix it. I had to take it to another Tire Discounters and they fixed it no problem. Of course they said the alignment was initially done wrong and had to do it all over. I had been to this location 3 times and in the end it wasn’t worth my time to keep taking back here only to be told they can try to fix it but never did. Please don’t take your car here. You’ll end up with your car being in worse condition than you took it in. They don’t know what they’re doing. The “free alignment” isn’t worth it. I’ll never do business with them ever again. I took my car to the location off of 96th street near Fishers where Herman fixed it.

I would not take my car here again. Went in for a full inspection, they recommended I get new tires and brakes. Opted for new tires and an alignment. Three to four hours later my car was finished. That night I started having battery issues (after their inspection cleared it). I had to install a new battery and they couldn’t explain how they missed this during their initial inspection. Spoke to a rep on the phone and he said the battery issue is common after tire changes. My guess is some step was missed during tire swap that drained my battery. My alignment also feels off. Going to the Fishers location to inspect again.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
