I called to see if my car could have a single tire replaced. After confirming they had my tire in stock, I scheduled an appointment same day to have my tire replaced. I asked how long the replacement would take and was informed "one tire? 5 minutes." I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early and still waited over an hour to have my single tire replaced.

Terrible service! I came to get a slow leak fixed on my tire and I was quoted a 45 minute wait. After an hour, I asked for an update and they had not even taken my car back yet and he told me it would at least be another 30 or more minutes before they could even take my car back (didn’t believe that since it was already longer than the quote). What a waste of time! If you want to spend all day here, then this is your place. But if you want quicker honest service go somewhere else. Obviously, waiting is a part of the game to get car maintenance, but don’t be dishonest to your customers about realistic wait times and then have no updates when I ask… taking my money elsewhere!!!

Worst Tire Discounters I have ever been to. Almost as bad of an experience to make me look for a different brand entirely when it comes to my car. Went in for routine oil change and tire rotation. They broke a light off entirely and broke a bearing. When they got the replacement part they broke the replacement part trying to put it on blaming it on a faulty part. Then when replacing part they needed to replace an entire axel. Each time I tried to get an update it was like pulling teeth. I understand things take time and can be complex but there was no consideration for my time whatsoever. The manager finally tried to make things right but it took a lot of direct communication to make that happen. I appreciate his efforts but would have appreciated a simple and routine appointment to not have gone wrong.

This place has really gone downhill. I had all my cars coming here (3); referred my whole family to come here since they first opened but we’ll be taking our business elsewhere. This past time in there I was told my car would be quick…. I was there all day. They couldn’t get my car alignment right and didn’t say why. I take my car to another mechanic and within an hour my alignment was done.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
