However 3 stars....You literally have a TV in the lobby that shows the guys sitting around talking on their phones in bays. No sense of urgency... Slow day no reason an oil change takes an hour + I can do it myself at home in 20 min.

I waited for 3 hours before they took my car back. When they finally came out, they told me that my side wall had a leak and I needed a new tire. They brought out a quote with one tire, no discussion on tire options. My husband arrived around that time. He asked to see the leak. The mechanic replied “I didn’t look for a leak, there’s some dry rot on the tire and it needs replaced.” I took the tire to belle tire and they patched it without issue. Buyer be warned, especially if you are a female.

After an hour, I asked for an update and they had not even taken my car back yet and he told me it would at least be another 30 or more minutes before they could even take my car back (didn’t believe that since it was already longer than the quote). What a waste of time! If you want to spend all day here, then this is your place. But if you want quicker honest service go somewhere else. Obviously, waiting is a part of the game to get car maintenance, but don’t be dishonest to your customers about realistic wait times and then have no updates when I ask… taking my money elsewhere!!!
