All my tires are right at 6 months old Good Year tires. Come in at 2:00pm and they then ask me if I have puck for lifting. He states that out 15 years of doing his job that every Tesla owner has them. Though earlier that day they had difficulty helping another customer because he they did not have them either. I then ask why did he not call and he said that it did not got through. He reads the number back and it happens to be one number off… He made it seem like it was my bad because I don’t have what I need! Most Tesla owners from my experience do not work on their own car & it makes sense, make it make sense!

The rest of the experience was good, tire patched and ready when I came to pick up. The problem was the tire started to rumble when I went 60+ mph the tires only had 3k miles on them and no vibration before. Took it to a different shop and tire was out of balance by 1.5oz . I thought balancing tires was best practice after a patch ?

Upon discovering that the tires I wanted were short on stock she found another set that was slightly higher in price with the same specs and gave me the lower price. Tracie also helped me by looking up the cost of a repair I need and was very quick and friendly. Bring your car here for tires and you get a free alignment and oil change with a 4 tire purchase. What I didn’t expect to get was remarkable service. You guys are rockstars.

I scheduled an appointment for a tire alignment due to the snow, and she suggested I get a car wash to knock the snow/ice from my tires, and my car is driving worlds better. This location just gained a customer for any tire needs from here on out! When some female customers are nervous to get car repairs done it is important to have a Queen like Gina being upfront and honest.
