Horrible experience. They told me my flat would take 20 minutes on the phone. I got there and the guy said under an hour. I was there well over an hour and a half to get one tire on. If you want fast service and have a four hour drive home. Don’t go here to get service. They’re slow

Went in to have my tires patched. They proceed to tell me my tires were too close to the sidewall. It was 100% able to be patched they just wanted me to get new tires. Go to Discount Tire. 1000x better.

BRANDON BURT should be removed from the front desk. Terrible customer service and tried to overcharge at the end of my transaction.

STAY AWAY: USE TO BE GREAT- NOW TERRIBLE. I was a customer for several years but no longer. A lot of turn over here. Today the staff is very poor, and apparently there is no management. Use to be a quality team, now they simply guess at solving an issue, they do not road test their work, they simply do not care.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
