I was in town for a conference at a nearby hotel and had to drive home in possible snow. We called and talked to Brandon at 8:30 am and they arranged to have my truck picked up and brought back to the hotel and we paid over the phone. Excellent service and tires are balanced smooth and riding great. I had a great experience with this location and Brandon.

I came in two about two months ago and I got a new tire for my 2006 Chrysler town and country.. on my driver side.. drove it back to the hotel right around the corner.. took it out today to work. And on my way home .. my driver side tire pops off.. and rolls out of sight .. I had to fight to pull out of traffic.. I get out to see all of my studs broken from my hub bearing as you can see in the picture below.. we all know how that happens.. over torquing with the impact .. it dameged my door .. and no telling what else under that can’t be seen .. I will be going to the mountain top about this and you guys will pay for my vehicle to be fixed and putting my life in danger.. and is this how you guys treat your veterans ..
I responded to the email listed above..with the information requested.. please respond, for time is of the essence…
Update
Thanks just got off the phone with the a guy named Matt ..who I have been in contact with.. who still has not went and found the tire that they improperly installed and risked my life with ..after talking to the store manager Friday after my van sat outside for two days I still got no help until I told them I was going online.. even then I had to get it towed myself.. only for Matt to call me when my two truck driver was on his way to pick it up.. and then ask where it was after I had. Been in contact after the response to my review.. all day .. ..now let’s progress.. was trying to not do this.. but I spoke with him yesterday and he said he had concerns.. he said my van came in with 150 thousand on it when I brought it in ..& now it has 159 ..but as you see I debunked him .. because he didn’t know I just bought it .. a few months before with 155 on the dash as you can see in the picture above.. said something because I took my plate off and put my temp tag back on it so it would not get taken sitting on the side of the road ..so today he called me at work after I took off yesterday to try and deal with him ..this morning he called and asked for my plate number.. no I’m not giving up anymore personal information.. I already gave to much .. as you all can see I showed him the bill of sale from the Indiana public auto auction with the date millage and all he needed.. now he just hung up because I’m not giving anymore information.. not my personal.. and he’s still looking for the toe that popped off wed afternoon.. he’s to busy he says .. but I’m a Foreman electrician.. am I have mor time to waist after I paid my money I worked for and had to call off and pay for a Lyft to work this morning..stay tuned I will keep you guys updated on this establishment.. but they have dropped the ball all the way and customer support and service from the store to the district manager.. needs to be redirected.. for a simple., mistake made by there service tech .. is about to be a small compromise.. is going to lead to big disaster

There is no point in making an appointment you will still be sitting for hours. Someone came in and was promised a free oil change and a black man at the front desk said “someone is always trying to get something for free”. I only came here because i put in discount tire wrong and made an appointment here on accident. I will not be returning horrible experience. I made an appointment at 9 didn’t get sat down until 9:30 because it took the man 30 minutes to price tires and sensors for me. I will have been here for over 2 hours.

Normally do all my own maintenance but was having a particularly busy week and decided to try this place out for an oil change and went ahead and got alignment checked too on my wife’s vehicle.
Tires torqued to +140ftlbs.
Oil overfilled by an entire quart and a half.
Old oil filter O ring left on in addition to the new one.
No crush washer used on the new filter.
Not only did I end up having to change the oil myself anyway, but these people are over here doing their best to kill your engine.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
