  I read a lot of reviews on tire barn in Greenwood. Let me tell you that Will, the manager, does an amazing job! He wears many hats and makes everyone as happy as he can. I would ONLY take me vehicle to this store going forward. It is a really hard job making everyone happy and I hear will do an amazing job with every customer he encounters. I justvwant to thank tire barn and especially Will for doing an amazing job, he deals with a lot. Thanks Will!

  Omgoodness if you want honest knowledge on tires you need to come to tire barn in Greenwood and ask for Will. He made getting help with either plugging or getting a tire easy. This is our 2nd time coming to this location for a new tire. And after going to another tire company who wouldn’t talk to me without committing to purchase 4 new tires I will always come back to tire barn. No matter the drive or miles.

  Will not recommend or suggest them. I stopped here for help with a tire pressure notice issue while driving through. Im not local was on my own and needed help. I just asked them to check my tires to be sure I didn't get a nail or something in my tire to set the sensor off. Told them I'd been on the road for 6 hours and had 4 more to go. They took air out of my tires before asking and didn't check the actual tire. I had the tires all aired properly before leaving town for the trip. Who takes air out of hot tires!! I left once they did that. I didn't want them touching my car again. I had the car serviced once at my destination and of course they were under inflated once they cooled.

  When I was pulling into church yesterday I got a low tire alert. I searched Google for tire places that had air. I didn't want to use my credit card at one of those machines at a gas station. I called Tire Barn and the gentlemen I spoke with was friendly and said come on by and he'd take care of me. After church I drove there. They were busy but I didn't mind waiting. The guy at the desk said I didn't talk to him but go ahead and pull in front of bay 2. I did it wrong and pulled sideways in front of it. He was kind of rude and said again asked to park to bay 2. Evidently, I don't speak the jargon and didn't understand he wanted me to park like I was going into the bay but not entering it. He was frustrated and parked it the way he wanted it. I played off my embarrassment by apologizing and said I was a girl and didn't understand. I asked if I can get all 4 tires done. He said I was talking to fast for him. I apologized and kept my mouth shut. When he was done I thanked him and asked if there was a charge for it. He said no, but would accept a tip. The lowest bill was a five, so he got a $5 tip. The experience just rubbed me wrong. He was rude. I don't mind paying for the air and providing a tip since I didnt do it myself. But I've never had someone ask for one.

  I hit a curb and busted a chunk out of my tire. I have PTSD with any car issues so I was emotionally not ready to deal with this. 24 hours passed and I used Chatgpt to help me decide what to do. It gave me the name and number to 3 places. I called Tire Barn first and spoke to Will. Within minutes he had me putting on my shoes to bring my car in. Not because the tire but because of his personality and great service on the phone. I came in the store and met with him and he was on the phone with another customer and I could hear the great service again. When I finally received service, I immediately felt comfortable and knew he was going to take care of it. I will definitely recommend friends and family to Tire Barn Greenwood to receive the same great service. Job well done!
