    I had a tiny hole in my windshield when safeties came to fix it they broke the entire windshield and then left. Now I have to take it in for a replacement. Not at all happy.

    I had a late afternoon appointment. They called and informed me that I could bring my truck in early. Once there, they had my truck in within ten minutes. It took less than two hours to have it finished and back on the road. They did great work. I’m very happy with my new windshield

    Every detail was handled professionally. Their communication was to drawer and the technician, Elvis, was courteous and answered all my questions in a very pleasant manner. I would recommend this location to anyone needing windshield service.

    Let me start with The final Job was done excellently, it was all the nonsense leading up to the job that was the issue. We scheduled a replacement at our house. A service they offer. They contact me the day before to say there is potential snow that might start at the time of my appointment. They tell me "We will need to reschedule". I offer to bring it into their shop. They say "Sorry all booked up". Fair enough Weather happens its understandable. I reschedule... Day before the next appointment. They Tell me it will be to cold to do the job, unless I have heaters for their employees. You would think a service that offers to come to your house would have their own equipment for the service. Perhaps a Quick sun shade to protect the vehicle from snow in the winter or heaters for their employees. Perhaps even declining this off site service during the winter. My Ten cents on that. So I reschedule, This time I insist on an in house appointment to have the job done. Day of the appointment I try to call them to find out if I can drop my car off early. I figure if they get to it early good if not it will be there for the appointment on time. I get the helpful AI assistant who tells me some sites allow early drop off but she cant tell me if my site is one of them check the website. The website didn't have the info it and suggested calling. Summary : Would I use this service again? Maybe Would I recommend them for their great service? No
