My issue is that I was paying for this out of pocket and the scheduled appt was canceled/rescheduled 3 times! Twice in the install window on the morning of (appt 8-noon and they call at 10AM to cancel). Hence the 2-star rating. I drove around for over 4 weeks with the windshield cracked from one side to the other!
