- ZWZach WeissFeb 18, 20255.0My key card did not work while heading to work one morning. I tried calling the phone numbers on screen and got no response for days. I ended up having to pay for a lost ticket. However, with the email provided in the replies of these reviews I was able to contact Laz parking and they were very helpful. The numbers might have been outdated and I believe if this was fixed then all could have been avoided. They expressed intent to correct this error and were attentive in addressing my problem.
- AEAlicia EarnestDec 15, 20241.0This garage sucks for folks who are disabled or have small kids. Elevators are some kind of access only despite the fact that they advertise public parking. Apparently it was because the one elevator for the public was broken. Supposedly only happened yesterday and some excuse as to why it hadn’t been serviced yet. Seems to be a pattern. I would avoid this place.
