Plus all the staff worked together and were so courteous, friendly, helpful and that made me feel special, especially the supervisor who took my hand and walked me to my car door so I wouldn’t slip. I drove up like normal, did not see anyone that I was familiar with but that’s okay willing to still give my service. I asked how much synthetic and I had my $25 coupon off and the gentleman said 110-130. I said no sir I have never paid that you can look me up in the system. He basically said that’s not true but he walked away never asking for any information to verify . I sat there for about 4 min, never returned and about 4 men in the stall and no one attempting to assist me. The car in front of me drove off and the stall became empty and no one directing me to drive in. I waited for a few more minutes. I decided to back up and drive down to take 5 where they mentioned a coupon and gave me the same price Jiffy Lube had been giving me in the past along with a bottled water. Definitely my new spot..
