There's also a mechanic there named Samantha who is really good at her job and another mechanic named John. And he ring me up and took my coupon and walked me through everything that I needed for my car. I will never go anywhere else for service. Amazing 👏🏼 🤩

When I went over my vehicle information and what oil I was going to use the technician didn’t tell me which oil types was available for my vehicle. She quoted me the highest price. I didn’t like that. Also if I am paying $80 - $100 for an oil change then the engine air filter should be included. No that was an extra $44! When I got home and left back out my check engine light was on. I couldn’t take it back that day because they closed at 5pm. Now I have to take my vehicle to the dealership to have it serviced. My engine light was not on prior to my appointment at this establishment. I will not be returning and I would like a refund due to one of your technicians did some type of damage to my vehicle to cause the engine light to come on. Now I have to take time off of work to get my vehicle fixed. This is so stressful!

The man helping me was feeding me a line of bs on the care my car needed. He was truly trying to sell me things I didn’t need and make up issues my car didn’t have. I just went in for a complimentary top off and tire air up. He was also incredibly rude. Recommend a different location.

Jiffy Lube replaced the battery free of charge or hassle and sent me on my way in less than 20 minutes. Typical of my experiences there. My Glendale Indianapolis branch hangs on to its employees for years....that should yell you something about the company....
