I did a quote online before I pulled in just to be told that I can’t get that oil change and had to get one that was $20 more. Why would the site allow me to put in all of my vehicle information and create a quote just to get there and tell me that I cannnot get the high mileage oil change when my vehicle in fact does have high mileage. Why can’t the prices be posted so I can compare prior to coming in. I also saw a $26 off promotion that then disappeared when I entered some information.

They took the time to answer all of my miscellaneous questions about my vehicle and explained things in a way that was easy to understand, which really put me at ease since I don’t know a lot about cars. Their customer service made me feel comfortable and confident about the work being done. I’ve heard a lot of negative things about Jiffy Lube in the past, but Jessica and John completely changed that perception for me. Because of them, I’ll definitely feel good about coming back.
