Normally, I would handle it myself, but since I was dressed up and didn’t want to get my clothes dirty, I figured I’d just go through the service bay and have it taken care of. There were no cars in either bay, and the technicians were standing outside talking. Instead of helping, they told me to air up my own tires on the side of the building and went right back to their conversation. Very disappointed in the level of service — definitely not what I expected. This experience is exactly why I’ll be taking my business to Valvoline from now on.

He popped the hood today and they left the cap off, and almost blew my engine.. if I could give zero stars for the west 10th st location I would. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE. Very incompetent oh and when he called they said the reviewed the video and didn't see anything on their part..bullshit. horrible customer service and incompetent
