The next day while driving on the highway at night, my engine suddenly went into limp mode with an "Engine Malfunction - Power Reduced - Service Now" warning, losing significant engine power 30 minutes from home. After towing the car and getting it diagnosed, the issue was simply that the air filter box wasn't latched properly after installation. This cost me $300 in towing and diagnostics for what should have been caught during your quality check. Please ensure your technicians properly secure components after service - this was a safety issue that left me stranded in the cold at night
