- KCKyle Corley3 days ago3.0Oil change portion went fine as far as i know. However, I specifically told 2 techs that I did not want washer fluid. They added it anyway. It was a blue liquid that was in a rain x de icer bottle. Rain x de icer is purple or orange, not blue. The site also ironically did not have any sealed, un opened jugs of what they claimed it to be. Spent 2 hours trying to get the damn hose off to drain their fluid out of the reservoir. I know it sounds miniscule, but it was a direct request that was ignored. I hope they followed all operating procedures on the oil change and didn't strip the drain plug or forget to tighten it.... This store appears that it could benefit from more training.

He was even a kind, servant leader which shows why his staff are so kind and the work environment is so positive. I will come here time and time again just for the service alone! I’m soooo glad I saw this location while driving and decided to stop by. Great customer service is really hard to come by these days, so today’s encounter left quite the impression on myself and my 8 year old.
