First off, they are all friendly and have a quick turnaround. The store manager and assistant are fantastic and you can see how they lead by example. We have had other mechanical issues worked on besides oil changes and they are very knowledgeable about the mechanics and try to steer you in a direction that is best for car and customer. We have grown to truly trust the suggestions on work that need to be done by the great staff and soooooooo recommend you take your car for service here. The entire family will continue to take our cars there because of the service and staff are top notch. Thanks Jiffy Lube for hiring such trustworthy staff with such dedicated work ethic. Beach Family

They tried to sell me on synthetic oil, but I told them I would prefer the regular conventional oil. Without telling me, they gave me a blended version because they didn't have conventional oil of the right type. Not only was that much more expensive, it meant the coupon I brought (the only reason I came here) didn't apply. Ended up spending double what I expected. Second star is because everyone was kind regarding my lack of car knowledge, and an employee very kindly gave me a discount, bring my total from 67.98 to 50.98. But again, I went in expecting it to be approximately 50 dollars before my half off coupon.
