After the inspection, they brought me a long list of issues that my car doesn’t even have 😅. I explained from the beginning that my only problem was a heavy sound coming from the steering, but they still gave me a big invoice and tried to convince me to replace all the steering components with new ones, even though the issue is simple. What shocked me even more is that the labor alone for installing those parts was over $300, and the total would have exceeded $1000. I had no choice but to pay the $65 and leave. Overall, this is an experience I will never repeat, and I do not recommend this place. They are not a solution.

As they were changing the oil, they advised me to fill up my coolant. I asked if it was necessary and he said yes, and after I left, my car began to leak coolant nonstop. According to Google, this can be a sign of a problem with the radiator or the engine. When I contacted them to inform them that my car is leaking nonstop, they responded in a very unprofessional manner. My family and I have been regular customers of Jiffy Lube for many years, but we will be switching to someone else.
