  Absolute failure and would be a 0 rating if allowed. Went as recommended to this direct repair shop from St. Farm insurance. The estimator came out and looked at my vehicle with damage across the front (hood, bumper, grill), glass, and roof following a covered insurance loss from an un-tarped gravel truck on I465 in July. According to this location neither they, nor any of their other facilities, are capable of completing a paint repair for the damage, because after 45 days of Indiana humidity and a car wash having started to cause minor rust in the chipped all the way to the metal spots, (thus the entire reason I am here, if it was cosmetic damage not to the metal, I wouldn't have wasted my time), they are unable to complete any repair because, "with rust we cannot guarantee that the paint will adhere properly". Tell me that you're not actually going to properly prep, sand, and paint my vehicle without actually saying it. Absolutely appalled that a collision repair shop would claim inability to properly repair and paint a vehicle. Having worked for an auto body and paint shop throughout the early 2010s I am embarrassed for the hardworking staff that I know is fully capable of this kind of work. Apparently neither the estimator nor the GM have any confidence in their people's skills or have every intention of requesting a subpar level of workmanship from their highly skilled technicians and painters.

  This place was amazing from start to finish! They kept me informed in a timely manner, they did a wonderful job on my car, and the staff was very friendly! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
