I highly recommend the cheese pizza here, but the girls were awesome, good conversation and very attentive to the customers. I will visit again soon.
- BBBoostedNov 10, 20252.0I’ve been here many times, few years back I was homeless and sleeping in the car! So stating that I’ve been to this location at least 200 times. Most the time 1 persons working upfront, trying to help multiple people. Place is always having water issues, I can’t complain about the food. It’s decent, it’s the people you’re hiring!!!! Learn to focus more on how you take care of customers. Because you have what 20 people working at this location? Yet I remember one day I waited 12 mins just standing there nobody was behind the counter, I’m alittle all over the place. I left 2 stars do to this place always lacking correct customer service

I will never ever stop at this flying j I think I am switching to Love's because I had a really bad experience with pilot on these past 2 trips to Tennessee. I wish I could take the money from the app and put it back into my bank because I don't want to stop at another pilot this trip.
- KEKAN ExpressOct 29, 20252.0So I reserved a prime parking on 10/28, when I I wake up my phone doesn't work, I went inside and I ask a lady at the desk if it's possible to use a phone to make a call to my family so they know the situation and bring me a phone they live near Indianapolis, the lady was very unfriendly and said NO, she needs a little emphaty. Then when I get inside again she was making faces to other driver when he walk away, thanks God another driver let me use his phone, and I can resolve my problem. I don't know she's complete name but ends with REA white lady. Store 5⭐️ Parking 5⭐️ Lady at the desk -1k⭐️
- KKKellyOct 26, 20254.0Very Clean, Kind Staff-- I come to Indy for work often. Sometimes, I'll have a few hours between jobs and need to take a nap-- I depend on Loves, Flying J, and Pilot. I usually feel safer here than in a motel. Between bed bugs, bugged rooms and security bugs... My car is my horse, and being in it gives me comfort, low carbon foot print, and I feel safe. And you don't leave your horse. I felt like this was the safest one in the area. Only issue? A man driving around blaring the most gosh awful crap music one could ever hear. He did it ever so often, which tells me this could be an intentional measure by the truck stop. If not-- why not put an end to it? I regretted having to go to a less safe, but quiet Truck Stop.
