  I had an amazing experience with Exotic Enterprise Car Rental from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The vehicle was immaculate, exactly as advertised, and drove like a dream. A huge shoutout to Sheridan Watkins, the manager who helped me through everything. Sheridan went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered, the paperwork was handled efficiently, and that I felt confident and taken care of the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about customer service and making sure clients have a top-tier experience. If you’re looking for a luxury or exotic rental and want it done right, I highly recommend Exotic Enterprise — and definitely ask for Sheridan. She’s the reason I’ll be coming back.

  Sheridan was exceptional. Customer service And follow up was 10 on 10. I’m a Hertz Platinum Member and I cancelled my reservation with them for total lack of follow up. Will be using her every time I go there.

Their concierge customer service was phenomenal — they went above and beyond to find a perfect vehicle for my family at the very last minute. The entire process was smooth, friendly, and efficient, with every team member greeting me with a smile. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and genuine care for their customers.

  This was perfect from pickup to drop off. Everything was smooth, contract was done before I arrived. I just walked to the lot and my vehicle was ready with my name on the dash and I was on my way!!
