Over Labor Day weekend, I returned my rental late. I wasn't aware the office would close earlier than I expected. When I called and talked to the staff and explained I wasn't informed of the early closing, I was given a refund for the extra day. Truly 5 star service.

Had to wait a little bit for a receipt/ confirmation after using the key drop after hours but George got me taken care of there again. Will rent again
