Someone had not returned their vehicle and I was on a real time crunch for getting my granddaughter and her friends to Chicago for a belated birthday celebration. They went above and beyond to get another vehicle for me in a timely manner and threw in some compensation for my inconvenience. I highly recommend!!

We reserved our car over a month ago , confirmed it 2 days ago, came an hour after the reserve time and they had given our car away. This was a huge inconvenience for our vacation and we ended up having to take our own car. They gave our car away! Totally unacceptable and totally unprofessional. I can't even express how upsetting this whole ordeal is. It's casting a shadow on our entire vacation. Thanks Enterprise!
