    So nice and fast with getting me checked in and out. Accommodated my needs and was very helpful. Had to get switched to this location downtown last minute and I hate downtown but these guys made my experience great so now I'll consider this location in my options for next time

    One way rental for business- sudden need also in Christmas season. The staff in Indianapolis Downtown were not only coherent they were WELL informed. Great experience at the Drop off point too. Will use Enterprise again!

    This location on e market street is one of the best I’ve experienced. From prompt pickup to having everything ready when I got there. It was really fast and all questions were answered. In a day and time where customers are perceived as annoying, this location made me proud I lived in Indy. I recommend this location if you need a rental vehicle
