Every staff that was there treated me with respect and friendliness, despite how busy they were. I had a horrible issue with my car, dealing with insurance multiple times and ended up getting a rental three different times. Every time they were efficient, helpful, and gracious. It really made the entire experience so much easier. Highly recommend this Enterprise location and the Mooresville location!
