They had thought that I wasn’t able to be in an suv and they let me know upfront and were completely kind about that and were always genuinely helpful and wanting to help and never made me feel like a burden for asking questions.

Being in the construction industry, I almost always rent a pickup and I appreciate that Enterprise typically has pickup trucks available in most locations. My process is to check with Enterprise first and if I have time, I will compare with other companies in the area. Most do not have pickups, and if they do, Enterprise is typically better or competitive on price. And knowing that I receive consistently polite and professional customer service, I go with Enterprise unless there is a huge price difference.

They are a smaller location but have always managed to have a car when the other locations had none. They don’t act like you’re a bother. Treated me with respect and if you rent enough they will not only know your name but your voice. Thanks for coming through at a time I needed it most.
