You have two employees that went over and beyond to get me on the road in a decent vehicle very last minute I wanna recognize Lela at the airport location she went over and beyond to help me find something that would work. She was able to call the location over at 7101 W. Washington there I worked with Kyleigh she too, went over and beyond what she needed to do to get me on the road with my grandkids for a one day trip to French Lake waterpark. I wanna say thank you to both of you. I will not forget my experience with enterprise all because two employees went over and beyond what they needed to do thanks ladies. Kristi Finn
- TSTara StantonDec 31, 20251.0Please Please Please if you are renting from this location with insurance covering the rental ask for a comparable vehicle to the one that is being repaired. My biggest suggestion would be to NOT rent from this location at all. We had an insurance claim and the rental was covered by the insurance provider. Enterprise gave us an upgraded vehicle that was more expense than what was covered by insurance and said they could not provide us with proof that there were no comparable vehicles available , we were not aware of the up charge. Enterprise charged us a $50 deposit and then charged our account several times without authorization by us and would not refund us the additional charges. I will say it again... Please Please Please if you are renting from here with insurance covering the rental that you ask for a comparable vehicle to the one that is being repaired.

- DMDr. McConnellDec 16, 20251.0Terrible customer service and ZERO empathy or care for other human beings. I had just gotten into a car accident, for which I need to go see a doctor for. They did not seem to care and just asked me for my information and then told me they did not have the car I reserved, that was stated was available, and that had been confirmed. Enterprise has a serious problem with stating a car is available when it is not. Also, this location does not answer their phone. I hoped I would get help or at least customer service from the female there (after the male did not). I told her I would have to go somewhere else to get the car I reserved, because they did not have it. She did not seem to care in the slightest, just said okay, looked down and continued her business. She knew what I went through and was so cold and heartless. I traveled there because the app said they had my car and the car was even confirmed. If they didn’t actually have the car, they could have saved me a trip by letting me know they didn’t actually have the car they confirmed. They tried to upsell me despite this being their error. ZERO customer service skills. ZERO empathy. Heartless.
