Dontae (I hope I spelled this correctly) helped me here at this location and he was so professional and courteous. Not only did they put me in the car that booked at the last minute - there was no hassles and no waiting, I was able to present my information, sign the agreement and get in my Camry and drive off. When I came back, I had been given a plant by my aunt, and forgot it in the trunk, and I had called them to see if they had kept it or threw it away. Dontae assured me that he found it in the trunk of the car and will have it ready for me to pick up. I was so grateful. The last time I was at Enterprise they threw away my belongings even after I told them I left them in the car and would be back to pick them up. So, yes definitely 5 stars here!!! Great Job Enterprise on Michigan Rd. (Who knew you all were so professional)
- MAMelanie AllenNov 3, 20252.0I had to literally beg to get my rental cleaned and it still had cup stains on the hood,then when I turn on the heat it smelled like bad feet and a mangy dog and the man who took it back had an attitude because I had a air freshener in it. Also they tried to convince me it was cleaned the night before but how when all the tires were muddy and visible cup stained on the roof of the car,i literally had to vacuum it myself,then the nerve of the guy who I dropped it off to had an attitude,do better!
