In a world where curbs are my mortal enemy and having to get repairs be so upsetting, they’ve earned my full trust. They always take the time to explain what’s going on, give fair recommendations, and even go above and beyond when they don’t have to (shout out to Chris) I’m really grateful to have found a tire shop that treats people the right way. On a busy Saturday they told me they would try to fit me in, 20 minutes later I had my tires aired up and they told me don't worry about paying they would just appreciate my business. Amazing! Needless to say I'm going to buy all my tires from them and I have a 4 wheel alignment set up for this Saturday.

Show up to appointment, about an hour later they finally pull my truck back all to come out and tell me that they ordered the wrong tires. They claim they can have the right ones quickly, come back at 2 and you will no wait. After debating I come back at 2, proceed to wait for 2.5 hours for my tires. Very poor customer service all around. Will never go back
