My son's baseball coach was severely injured due to their outright negligence and stupidity—they cut his brake lines, causing him to crash in a serious accident. To make matters worse, they hired the law firm Kightlinger & Gray, which specializes in defending at-fault semi-truck drivers who injure innocent people, doing everything possible to ensure victims and their families receive nothing in compensation. Absolutely reprehensible behavior."

The car was all fixed and sitting out for 15mins and these people were just calling us to make the payment. I missed my appointment thanks to their laid back attitude and got charged for the missed appointment. Don’t promise a time if you cannot live up to it. If you are busy then stop accommodating appointments, period! What an amateur business attitude!

Was quoted about an hour and a half by the person who took my keys. I have a small child (3 yo) so I gave my number and told them I was going to shop next door. I came back after an hour. After about 30 mins waiting I checked with the front desk. They told me it would be another couple hours. I called an uber and went home. My husband received a call asking to do an alignment. He did not want it. He then called me and we realized they didn't say the car was finished. We then had to call back multiple times to find out the car was completed at 4:30 pm and they didn't call us. I know you will likely say it's a one off or some such thing, but other reviewers show this is common practice.
