  I strongly suggest NOT going to this Belle Tire. I was there a little more than a month ago to get ONE tire. It took 4 hours. When they were finally finished, they charged me for the tire AND an oil change. I didn't even ask for an oil change! This weekend, that tire goes flat. I brought it back today thinking they'd replace it since it was so new. Nope! They refused to do anything for me except selling me another 100.00 tire. He was not sympathetic or empathetic. No apology. I took my keys and went down the street to Discount Tire, told them about my experience with Belle Tire. They scanned all of my tires and told me that they all needed to be replaced. I told him there is no way I can afford 4 new tires right now. He told me that they want me to be safe on the upcoming winter roads. They are putting all new tires for the price of one tire at Belle. THAT is how a business should treat people. Shame on you E. Washington Street Belle Tire!

  Went and spent 500 dollars on new tires and they didn't change the valve stems so the next day my tire was flat. I went back in to tell them they didn't change them and they said you have to ask for new valve stems even though one was obviously leaking. They did fix their mistake but not without giving attitude first. I wouldn't recommend them unless you feel like going up there twice. But if you ask me, changing the valve stems is part of the job of getting new tires put on so that's half assing if you don't put them on and you're making your job harder when I have to come back.

  What I’m assuming to be the manager, Paul is absolutely unbearable. Rewind to last year. I had 4 new wheels installed(purchased elsewhere) and 4 new tires (purchased at Belle Tires) installed and for some reason, the shop took it upon themselves to change the lugs to a special luck or “spline” that I did not have on my wheels before and was not alerted about afterwards. Fast forward a year and some months later, I took my car into another Belle Tire location and they had NO idea how to get the lugs off. So, I was give. Special lugs, against my will, was not told anything about them AND was not given the special device to get them off. On top of all that, why would you install something that is not universal to be taken off by any tire shop in the country, let alone another location of the SAME company. So after wasting my time with one Belle Tires location (they did nothing wrong), I come over to the original Belle tire location that insatalled my wheels and tires (the location I am leaving this review on) and Paul immediately gets defensive and condescending… saying things like (they wouldn’t have installed these and essentially not taking responsibility for my car leaving their shop with lugs that I did not have on the car already or provide). I provided a sealed box of brand new lugs that were sold to me by the wheel company that should have worked just fine. When I got my car back, the box of new lugs was still sealed so I assumed the lugs that were on the car when I dropped it off were still on. Paul still being condescending said “I don’t know who got you all worked up” and I assumed he was saying this because the device to get the rims off was easily available. He brought out an entire bucket and NONE of them fit. He went back, brought out another couple. Those didn’t fit. Went back and got a couple more, those didn’t work either. After 4 trips to the shop and 20 minutes later, he finally finds the right one that works. He then game the device to me to keep… leading me to believe it either is not used at all or is far from universal. Adding to the fact that the other location had no idea how to get them off, I’m questioning why such a foreign lug or spline was ever put on my vehicle without my request. Paul was absolutely terrible in all of this and made me hate having to ever go back. They did a free alignment test for me and of course Paul is the one to speak to me regarding it. He starts off by saying the alignment is not bad at all and just off a little bit.. when I tell him that I am going to pass on that repair for today he says “well, this is more important than the balance and rotate and it defeats the purpose of everything we’ve done today..” absolutely couldn’t believe it. On a brighter note, Lux and Brennen were outstanding and they informed me Paul will be getting transferred out. GOOD. I don’t recommend going here until Paul is gone.
