  I had an appointment to get my tire changed. I arrived on time and it took them 2 and a half hours to change it. They have to be playing uno back there or something bc they immediately took my car into a bay and there’s at least 15 employees back there. I have never ever had a place take that long to change a tire. Usually it takes 30 min tops. On top of that my keys were left in my unlocked car & at checkout the wrong keys were in with my paperwork. I would never ever come here again or recommend this place to anyone. This place needs a staff that values people time. Everyone in the waiting room expressed the same frustration.

  I am so greatful for the team in this branch, I just came back from a trip to find a flat tire, I made my car work to make it to the shop, it was a Saturday around 2 (they close at 5). I called before and they said bring it in, they not only fixed my tire, they provided a great customer service, I was very clear I was ok to purchase a tire if needed, I just wanted to get home to Evansville that day. Long story short, they fixed my tire, and charged nothing, I was so surprised because they were so busy, thank you for what you do guys!

  Got there at 10:45 a.m. requesting they check tire for a slow leak that they supposedly fixed weeks earlier. Told it would be about 2 hours. No problem, I was a walk-in. ALMOST 4 HOUS LATER AFTER QUESTIONING THE TIMING, "has a leak out of the previous patch. We can't patch over a pstch." Took you FOUR hours to find the problem!!! I had an appointment at 3, which I thought arriving before 11 I would have plenty of time!! WRONG!! They offered to replace the tire with a different brand but didn't have the time to wait. Went to my appointment and came out shortly after to a flat tire!! If possible, it went downhill from there!! NEVER AGAIN!!

  When I brought my vehicle in, I was told, “today is not very busy, with the weather being so bad, there are only a couple of people in front of you, should just be a few minutes before we can get started on your vehicle.” I thought, “great”, I decided I’d just wait in the lobby. It then took 2 hours for them to even bring my vehicle into the shop. Followed by 1 hour and 45 minutes of them doing a routine tire installation on my vehicle which they said should only take 25-30 minutes for them to do. My “slow day”, “quick” visit was a 4 hour endeavor. Pricing was fine at least

  USE COSTCO ACROSS THE STREET AND SAVE TONS OF MONEY AND ACTUALLY RECEIVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. I purchased new tires at this location and also paid approximately $200 for the tire warranty. After getting a nail in one tire, I returned for a warranty repair. I arrived shortly after opening, and the store was largely empty with several employees available. Despite this, I was told it would be multiple hours before the tire could even be looked at due to scheduled appointments starting in 30 minutes. Given the cost of the warranty, this was disappointing, as it provided no meaningful benefit or priority. I ultimately went across the street to Costco, where they repaired the tire promptly — even though I did not purchase that set of tires there. This location has been frustrating from the start, including an attempt to upsell roughly $1,500 in additional repairs during tire installation. I immediately took the vehicle to my mechanic, who confirmed no repairs were needed. After two negative experiences, I will not return. Based on my experience, this location prioritizes upselling over customer service.
