  I’m leaving this review on behalf of my dad. He’s been going to Belle Tire for a long time and has always received amazing service! Mike is incredible and consistently helpful. We highly recommend Belle Tire! If we could give it a zillion stars, we would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you for always going the extra mile!

  My husband dropped off the truck on Veterans Day to get in alignment and balance check, find out that's fine, but they said he needs 4 new tires, we go and say, that's fine will get 4 new tires, they told us it would be done the next day it's now Thursday. I call them at 3:30 today and ask them if the truck is done they told me no because they had to wait for the tires that we talked about on Wednesday, about to be sent in tired showed up early that Thursday morning. So need to say, when I called them at 3:30 during our conversation, he said it was take them about an hour and a half to have our vehicle ready, we get there at 5:45. They had even touched our vehicle. So we go to the Culvers right next door have dinner, we get back over there about 7:30, they still hadnt got to our truck is in the garage by now, but they still haven't done any we didn't get out of there until 9 o'clock an hour after they were closed, then they give us some vouchers for coupons for whatever service, we will come back to do with them again, I am not going back there again their service was ridiculous

  Over the past two weeks, I visited Belle Tire three times - for tires, for brakes, and for a flat repair. Although pricing was about the same as most other tire shops, I felt the staff was thoughtful, thorough, and considerate. On my first visit (for the tires), they offered donuts to everyone waiting in the lobby. On the second visit (for the brakes), they got the full brake job (both pads and rotors) done faster than I expected. On the third visit (for the flat repair), they were understanding and got me out the door as fast as they could, despite being busy already. I hope not to need tires or brakes soon, but the Belle Tire staff made it as good of an experience as possible.

  I hate leaving bad reviews, but I had a horrible experience here. Got off work and had a flat tire. It's already 4PM, so I'm debating if anyone can even get me in this late. I take my car here, tell the guys whats up, drop off my keys, and then a friend picks me up so we can hang out. They said they would call when it was done. It's getting late and I haven't heard anything, so friend drops me back off. My car is still sitting in the parking lot where I left it with the donut on. I'm upset. I ask the guys if they're actually going to get to it tonight, because if they won't, I'd like to just take it home so I can get to work in the morning and my wife can bring it back. They assured me that even though they "close" at 8, they would get all customers taken care of before they left. I said ok, walked over to Culver's to get something to eat and to wait. I wait and wait and wait... No call. It's now 9PM. I walk back over, everyone is gone, locked up, ghost town. They did pull my car into the garage, and I could see the donut still on it. So now I'm stuck here, no way home, no way to work tomorrow, and extremely upset that they weren't truthful about the service they could provide that day. Had to have a friend rescue me. They did eventually get the new tires on my car the following day, and the tires work well, but the service experience was horrendous. I just wish they had been honest and truthful with me so I could plan accordingly.
