  I’ve been bringing my G37 to this location for alignments for a long time, and the recent experience was by far the worst. After raising my car back up an inch, I returned for another alignment and was told they couldn’t perform it unless I installed a “crossbar.” This made no sense. In the past, they were able to adjust it when it was SLAMMED to the ground, but raising it an inch and a half and nothing is adjustable? They had my car for nearly an hour and didn’t adjust anything. Out of frustration, I drove to the Belle Tire on Southport. Their team explained that a “crossbar” requirement doesn’t exist, had no issue aligning my car, and completed the job professionally and correctly on the first try. This location, however, demonstrated a clear lack of knowledge and professionalism. Mike, in particular, was dismissive, unhelpful, and gave inaccurate information that wasted my time, and I highly recommend Quintin lets this employee go due to his unprofessionalism. Unacceptable. He did not want to align my car properly, but had no problem printing an invoice for me for $1800 worth of front brake work. Mike and Matthew. For anyone reading this: I strongly recommend avoiding this store. If you want knowledgeable technicians and an honest assessment of your vehicle, the Southport location is far more competent and reliable. Management should seriously evaluate the training and professionalism at this store, because the contrast between locations is alarming - borderline scammers. This isn’t my first day on this earth; I’m not some dumbass, but this location thinks you’re a dumbass. Black and white is the copy Avon gave me after wasting my time. Other copy is what Southport did for me.

  took my car in for an oil change, they handed me a list of other stuff my car “needs” including telling me my alternator needed replaced because it was running at 6.4 volts. seemed weird because my car starts and runs perfectly fine, took it to someone else to test the voltage and it came back 14.8 volts. they’ll lie to you to do more work on your car

  Very friendly staff. Prompt service, they do exactly what they say they're going to do without trying to sell you everything in the building.

  I bought four new tires and had an appointment that I arrived 10 minutes early to. Was told it would be a 60-90 min wait. I sat for three hours with zero updates, only to find out after inquiring myself, that my tires were not even at the store and that the manager Quinton had left to go get them. Manager blamed it on Advanced Auto for not having gotten them? Absolute waste of time with terrible management- only resolution was a refund and the manager declined to give his direct reports information to escalate the issue.
