    Dishonest or incompetent—take your pick. Quoted me one price, then added nearly $300 to the bill after failing to fix the issue with the parts they promised. They also tried to pad the bill with a radiator flush I didn't ask for. Terrible communication and predatory pricing. I won't be back.

    Horrible service. I was called and told my tire was ready for pickup, but when I arrived at 04:40 PM it was not ready at all. I ended up waiting over an hour, despite being told it would be ready by 11:00 AM today. The manager on duty, Evan (I believe that was his name), provided no clear explanation or updates. During this time, he appeared to be more focused on his personal phone or eating rather than addressing customer concerns. Several customers were waiting and expressing similar complaints and issues. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I would not recommend this location based on how this situation was handled.

    Quickly and efficiently, Walker plugged two tires for my son who had hit something during a snowstorm. Caring and kind, the team at Belle serviced us with 5 star service. If you need tires, visit this location on Country Village Drive in Indianapolis.

    Purchased top of the line Michelin tires only had them a little over a year and was never offered any kind of extended warranty at the time of purchase 2 days ago picked up a nail in tire took to a belle tire location after waiting almost 1hr in half they said I needed a tire due to a nail 280.00 tire is a year in half old with11 32nds on all 4 tires they refused to help in anyway just wanted me to spend more money this is bad customer service and when I called corporate he had the same oh well attitude so I will be canceling my credit card and will never return also will be letting my other family and friends not use this company thanks belle tire.

    We are hours away from home (we use Belle there also) for a family emergency and got a screw in the tie due to construction. The staff here was courteous and respectful. They had us in and out in what seemed like a flash. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you!
