    Went in yesterday for an oil change . Had an appointment at 11am got there at 10:45am, sat until 2pm. When my car finally arrived, instead of calling my name like the manager told the cashier upfront. He continues his conversation with a customer he’s not cashing out mind you . Then 3 to 5 mins laters calls my name. (That truly pissed me off) I highly dislike this place & the two men that work the front . They’re rude & Not friendly & not front desk type of people. Eating in front of guest with no sense of urgency.

    Always so friendly and helpful. I am a regular customer and the remember me and my cars, Opened 15 minutes late and so they did my oil change for free

    I have tire and ram protection. They didn't want to accept payment through the third party (insurance). Andrew made out a claim and everything. Had me there for a hour. To say they do not take over the phone paymentsI told him who would be paying for it when i arrived..Thank God I went to Firestone and they took good care of me!
